Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for store credit or exchanged for new product of the same value.
Custom orders
Please choose carefully as there are NO refunds or exchange(s) once a custom order has gone to print.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
